I have historically had a bad diet and mostly ate/drank red meat, white meat, sea food, white starches, soda, juice, products with salt/sodium, fast food, microwavable food, foods high in preservatives, caffeine (coffee, energy drinks, yerba mate), and sweets ...

I typically don't have that problem. Kind of the opposite. I went on a date and we briefly kissed before departing and I started getting hard. Some other chick started touching my leg in my car and I got a full on erection, ahahaha.
