I Am Back

Post by Mike Kavo »

Hello All,

I have been away since 2006 I think. I can't believe my pelvic pain flared up again. About a month back it came back after many years of almost no symptoms and just minor flares. :( So yes it does go away...but it also comes back....

Why it came back...stress I think and just too much thinking and doing way too much work...same old story. I can feel I am stressing my muscles down there again. I do it with other areas also...jaw is my second favourite. :62_58_40:

Finding it hard to get the relaxation back together - I should never have stopped it when it made the pain go away.

Luckily I had a nice holiday from this and did loads of stuff but I won't make you suffer a slide show don't worry. :-D

I looked at some of the posts and the site...there is lots more info from when I left so I will dig in and see if it can help me. Thanks for keeping this community going so I had somewhere to come when this flared!

Mike, I'm sure you'll get well again soon.

WB Mike - hopefully the one thing you can hang your hat on is that you had a reprieve and you know what to do.

As you said - there's a lot of good information on here - as well as support!!

Quick update started stretching and big time sessions of paradoxical relaxation...things are settling considerably now! Long way to go though but I seem to have broke the back of the flare. Please guys don't stop relaxation and keep stress down - I am sure that was my downfall.
