I am 33 years old, 8 months ago I got UTI after masturbate and then I went to my doctor and he gave me antibiotic and I got better and after one month I did again masturbate and all changed after this night and the very next day I got UTI again, from this time till now I am living in hell. I got UTI twice and these both times this was happened after masturbate. I know masturbate is not too bad but I was doing 3 or 4 times in a week and each time I was spending almost 4 hours, per long orgasm for long and not ejaculation.
Now I am facing since then many types of symptoms like:
I cannot sit more than half hour , when I sit little longer I feel pain in my pelvis area, from my anus to my testicles, I feel like a vein is damaged in my middle of hips and in perineum and when I sit for long I feel like this vein is swelled.
I also cannot stand long because then I got pain in my right and left side abdominal (near Ilium bones, right side more pain than left side). I feel like my pelvis muscles are jammed both sides and also back bone.
When I wake up morning I cannot move easily and right side of my back bone had pain and jammed.
I getting up every night one or twice for urine since last 8 months
Now days I do masturbate once in a week after ejaculation I feel good until next day but after one day pain starts again and also urgency.
But when come night dreams and I ejaculate naturally during sleeping time, after then I feel very well, pain is gone for 3 or more days . I cannot understand why when I ejaculate by myself I got pain after , but when it happened by itself I feel like I am cured for some days .
I feel more pain at work, I work in a warehouse where we have cytostatic medicines and I also need to work in 2 to 8°C temperature.
Some days I spend good, feel good mainly weekends but some days are like I am living in Hell.
I went twice to Urologist and they took blood and urine test and did ultrasound and send me back to home without any treatment they told me that they did not find any bacteria so I am fine. I did not discussed this issue with anybody else, even not in my family.

You do NOT have a UTI, so do not use that term again. There is no infection.
Pain after ejaculation is a sign of UCPPS, which is a condition caused by an interplay of brain, nerves and muscles. It is very curable.
You get pain after masturbation but no pain after spontaneous ejaculation because masturbation involves tensing the pelvic muscles, thus making the condition worse.
Cold temperatures tend to increase muscle spasm, so the very cold working conditions you have are not helping.
