Too small and not in cluster to be molluscum. Day 3, I believe they are a bit smaller and some more discreet, less raised, 3 or 4 are still red, no pain to the touch or itch. If not for the persistance I would say they seem like something allergic, without pain or bursting to become wounds, do you think it can be herpes?

Penile herpes is generally painful and the bumps break open into blisters.

Could be papular penile eczema, dermatitis, so many things, none of which are infectious. See a dermatologist if it really concerns you.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

It is getting me sick worried, my head is 24h/day on it, it's really crippling my life, but I think they are slowly less noticeable now, less raised and less inflamed. I will try diaper rash cream intercalated with cotrimazole and see what happens, I'll give feedback. Hoping for some kind of isolated dermatitis.
Thanks for the help and follow up!

I just read your story. How did all this start? After a stressful period? Or a new sexual encounter?

The first time it was a after a severe strep throat, in which case I took several ABs until I finally finished with injected peniciline, which took care of the strep throat but started all the proccess I described... According to my urologist, it is possible that by destroying most of my comensal flora, other oportunistic organisms started to grow and caused the prostatitis and rest of the symptoms, although in the end no uroculture tested positive and my urinalisis where always normal, no white cells, no blood, no epithelial cells, normal pH, etc. Anyway those symptoms are mostly gone now, as stated above, what appeared now is different, and is during a very stressfull period, that is even worse now...

BTW, day 4, pimples/bumps, seem to be a bit more discreet but still there, more noticeable after apllying cream, there were arround 6 or 7 total, but the smaller ones are gone and there are about 4/5 left, those seem to have "popped" or lost the upper part, although they are not wounds nor with crust, and didn't contain fluid. Someone who looked wouldn't see them unless I pointed to the specific spots. Overhall I would say they are a little better, but not healed. Still divided between herpes and a dermatitis of some kind, hopping for dermatitis of course... If by monday the situation isn't fully resolved I'll make a doctor appointment.

Day 5, still the same dots, in the same place, roughly the same size. They are more skin colored now, and I feel a bit more burning than before, not sure if directly from that, or from the use of creams.

A little more feedback, I contacted an online urologist and sent several pictures asking what it was, and asked specifically if it could be herpes, he said that it was not, because they don't look like the typical lesions (blisters) and because 5 days after nothing has bursted or turned into wound or crust. He said probably something benign like PPP.

Well mine are certainly not arround the Corona, but in the middle of the glans, more on one side. The burning mostly stopped when I stopped apllying cream also...

Day 6, practically gone, mostly unnoticeable, it was not an infection, not yeast, not herpes, also I'm done with hipervigilance, this was some kind of balanitis, probably related to my chronic prostatitis, with some highlighted spots that made me sick worried for almost a week, hope the example can avoid similar situations to other people on the forum.

On an update note, all those marks disappeared the next day. Then I had nonspecific irritation on the glans for some days, not painful, sometimes better, some days worse. Sometimes I apply moisture/hydrating cream for atopic skin, it is silk smooth now, pink and with good appearance and no more red meatus, but... now, for the last 2 or 3 days, it started hurting or burning for real... it comes and goes, it's mostly on the lower part of the glans or bellow the meatus, I can't see nothing there. At first it was discreet, today is actually painful, not related to the moment of urination or ejaculation.

I think for the first time, in 14 months, I actually have pain!

Since I did so many ABs, that basically covered every possible infections, I convinced myself that I had no bacterial infection, although I never got to do chlamydia/gono specific tests, because every urine analysis was normal, no blood, no leukocytes, normal pH, nothing abnormal, never was I able to detect any discharge, and I also have a hard time believing it is yeast or other fungi because it wouldn't go away on it's own, without treatment, right?

Do you think that besides all that, I should do those tests now?? Or just assume it is just a phase and wait it will go away? Anxiety is taking over again...

You have hypervigilance and hypochondriasis. Combine it with anxiety and it's enough to give CPPS a kick start. What tests are you talking about?

I have a bit of both yes, I'm trying to deal with it, but when you have pain it's hard not to think about something that may be wrong. I was talking about specific infection tests. In the meanwhile I did analysis and urinalysis and everything is normal in both, low PSA, low PCR, no leucocytes, hemoglobin, proteins or nitrites in urine , so no chance bacterial infection. I'll just have to forget about it.
