I agree with Mark. Everytime I felt worse after stretching I smiled because I knew I was attacking this motherfucker of a disease.
Age: 32| Onset Age: 30 | Symptoms: “Cured“ now, no symptoms. Ahh, its another low day today. I worry that this condition is neurological- will I be constricted to Cialis, just to achieve an erection.

Intermittent constipation
Pain after I eat.
Burning in penis and ED.
Age: | Onset Age: 25 - (two weeks and counting) | Symptoms: ED- cannot get self stimulated erections. Morning erections still occur 85% but I can hardly feel them. Slight burning whilst and after urinating. Numb Urethra. Muscle spasms around anus (not painful). Change in semen texture , semen loss of smell. | Helped By: Symptoms seem to come and go all by themselves. Lots of sleep and copious amounts of water seem to help | Worsened By: Sitting and probably worrying | Other comments: Currently taking 2 x 500mg Cipro not noticing any effects. Prostate not inflamed according to urologist. urinalysis - no bacteria found -

Starting DCT programme today - stretching has been helping over the last couple of weeks, but I feel like I need something more. The muscles in the pelvis region feel so weak and seem to be getting weaker, resulting in slow urine stream. Even weak erections and so on. Although at the current moment I am pretty much pain free.

From what I have seen in DCT its all about stretching the long muscles and strengthening them at the same time. I will still continue with the hot baths as well.

Admin comment: "pretty much pain free" is success!

If they seem weak, it's because you have myofascial and muscular tightness, and it sounds like that is the kind from being uptight, worried, stressed, and hyper vigilant.

ED is most often 99.99% psychological for a guy your age.

No one can tell you how to do it, but you need to just reset your awareness.

You are so wound up about being weak and all the other details that you can't possibly feel good, or enjoy sensation and just naturally get hard.

I went through a phase like this. You are stressing yourself out and stress is the #1 killer of erections. Don't discount that. There is a level of stress that will completely mess with erections, and I'd say, from reading your posts, you are miles past that point.

Back up, reset, forget about sex for a while. Go find something to do to remember who you are to yourself. You're not an erection machine. None of us are. You have to be turned on. You're beating yourself up because you're not turned on - whether or not that's because you're stressed and have a lot on your mind, only you can say.

If you really want to help yourself, go find something to get into that you love to do (that is not sex). When you do, you will find that suddenly you will have nocturnal erections and everything will work again.
Good luck!

Helped by: deep breathing, mediation, hiking, distractions, exercise. Approximately 98% improved, varying depending on stress levels.

I had ED too. I had a Alien type feeling in my lower body. My dick was lifeless and not the normal size. Just hanging there like dead meat. So 100% physical for me. But the cause was obviously psychological (stress&anxiety caused CPPS). I am healed from ED now as well.

Hi Iroyal, my condition is very similar to your condition. For me ED is very annoying and I started stretching the muscles. It seems stretching could be beneficial. I agree with you, I also feel that its not enough and something more is needed. for example :
  • a type of suppository such as "cannabis suppository" that can relax the muscles around the anus and prostate.
  • Steroid/Lidocaine injection in to the muscles around the anus to relax the muscles. (muscles around anus is too stiff (anal external sphincter, puborectalis, ....))
  • Botox injection in pelvic muscles.
  • stiff muscles physical therapy.
I have not concluded these ways up to now.

Hi Iroyal
As Update : I've done uptown mike and other Stretching exercises for a month. My pain decreased from 8/10 to 4/10. It seems Stretching can be beneficial. What is your feedback from your DCT work out?

I am not sure if it was time - but I did follow DCT for around 8 weeks or so on and off. My ED is gone for the most part and symptoms have decreased a lot. In summary, I would certainly say buy the course it is 100% worth a try.

Gone for the most part- one thing stretching and DCT helped was the constipation, and slow urine stream.

Recently I have become lazy and some symptoms have slowly started to come back so as of tomorrow I will be starting the routine again.

Please don’t under estimate guy health also. When my guy is good it alleviates symptoms as well

Hey Iroyal
Would you please write your update please. Have you any medication and meditation or parallel procedure with stretching and DCT?

Hey, DCT did improve things but it takes dedication exercises 5 days a week for 30 minutes minimum and some days its an hour. You have to stick to it. Unfortunately I didn't and my ED returned with vengeance and mild burning in the penis along other small aches and pains in premium and anus. When I was doing DCT it was working.

I think my next step is to see a physio and start DCT again. Along with an elimination diet. I can't stress enough, sugar and gluten I believe are huge trigger for me. I may even consider a 14 day water fast to reboot my body and start again.

Hey Webslave in your time have you heard lack of urgency to urinate being a symptom? I am currently experiencing this along with ED and very short sudden burst of pain in anus and perineum from time to time.

Admin comment: no, the opposite is often a symptom

I am having difficulties again - I believe I am no longer able to empty bladder / real lack of urge to urinate. I don't have any other symptoms other than Mild / Moderate ED and small ache and pains through out with the rare crippling spasm. At the moment I am making a point to visit the toilet periodically.

I noticed that when the symptoms first appeared in August that - I lost urge to urinate - I could hold it for much longer than previous. I do remember another poster on here saying they had similar.

My research suggest that trauma or pelvic problems can cause bladder/ urine retention- what am I to do ?
