Till now, I always thought cranberry juice was "the drink" for this conditions. Since I went to a "walk-in" clinic and the nurse told me to drink cranberry juice that I would be fine, I started to take it. I also remember once that I bought fresh cranberries and I did a juice with the blender that I felt strangely really good the next days. For these two reasons I never questioned the cranberry juice, I was even looking for the fresh fruit, that is hard to find. However I'm seeing that because of its acidity, people on this forum don't recommend it but in the other way, tell to avoid it.
If cranberry juice is not good. Which do you think is the best drink to take for these condition? simple Water? why?
many thanks again,
