I had been doing internal trigger point work, having warm baths and trying to reduce stress to get to that point. Making sure I had a daily walk also helped a lot.
I had actually got to the point where I had all but put my condition into the back of my mind - well, to to more precise, it was just another relatively minor health imperfection to have to work around - in other words not a big deal. That was until Winter struck
It got really cold down here in Australia this last couple of weeks and precisely at the same time my condition has badly deteriorated again. It isn't as bad as it was originally, but I put that down to understanding the problem better and having coping mechanisms in place. But this Winter is absolutely horrible.
For some reason it doesn't matter that indoors the temperature can be controlled with heating. Winter is Winter and the body seems to react differently to the same temperature in Winter than it does in Summer
Anyway, hopefully I will get through this without the pain and discomfort becoming debilitating
