I'm still feeling good! I am getting older and think I'm getting an enlarged prostate. I haven't been to the Dr. in a while. I am having some problems with my stream. I'm hoping Webslave can advise me of a vitamin or supplement that can help?

I have been feeling good. It's crazy that a lot of this can be in your head. I've had this off and on since my 20's and you really have to just put it out of your mind. I've had every symptom everybody on here has had, I've contemplated suicide, I've tried every medication, vitamin, exercise ...

I have still been doing well. But I'm getting old, just turned 48. I've noticed i have been peeing during the night. I also noticed that the slightest sensation to pee is annoying and i just want to get it out. My stream sucks. Anybody taking vitamins that help or something else?

I think I'm ok. To be honest ....I previously posted that i have been using a massager to loosen things up down there and I think i was doing it a bit too much. I think i may have irritated a nerve or something. I would say a good rule is "too much of anything is not good".

I'm still doing good. I was very bad for a long time so who ever is going through this, DO NOT GIVE UP. Try and occupy your mind with something else. For some of us, this is and anxiety disorder that tenses up your pelvic floor. Stretch, lite exercise, and internal massage can help.
