I'm living in Belgium and my doctor doesn't know this product. But if it is safe for use I will try it out.
Tramdol is available on the german market.

Re: Vasectomy
Does anyone have info on whether a vascectomy helps/harms prostatits symptoms? Often after ejaculation I get a stong pain and pressure feeling in my testes and the tubes leading from them to the urethera. It feels like there's a blockage there. I find that a heating pad or very hot bath before sex ...

I had my first cp in 1978. It lasted some years until I got suddenly better after taking homeopathic medicine. I had about 5 years without any symptomes until I had a discus prolaps (I hope this is the correct word). The prostatitis slowly came back I could not do anything against it. Since that ...

I remember alcohol as a factor of causing pain. So I did not drink wine or Bier for long time. Since my symptoms reliefed, I drink Bier sometimes.
it now doesnot cause prostatic pain but intestinal injury sometimes. Wine is always worse than Bier and we have good wines from France, Italy and Spain ...

My first period of prostatitis began in the late 70ies, more than 23 years ago. I remeber that I did a lot of cycling (every day) and swimming (every week for one hour) in water with high chloride concentration. The doctor definitivly found bacteria (staphs or streptos) in my EPS. Antibiotics (which ...

Understanding mast cells
An article by Dr. Theoharides helped me understand, what mast cells are. Here's an extract:
Mast cells technically belong to the immune system and they come from bone marrow. But, until about five years or so ago, we only thought that they were important for allergic reactions. I sometimes ...

Re: Cystoscope
Not so. It is possible to have a small total volume of the prostate (measured by TRUS) but have what little extra tissue there is obstructing the urethra. Cysto doesn't tell you about total prostate volume and TRUS doesn't tell you about obstruction.
Thank you, Dr. Shoskes. Do you mean that ...

Re: Cystoscope
These docs thought that this small bph could be the reason for my reduced uroflow and for all the prostate problems I had before (including prostatitis). The size of the prostate was measured later with TRUS from another doc. The result: about 2% more than normal. Two methods two different results ...
