Alkala N and Quercetin

A german patient uses any accredited quercetin product together with Alkala "N" (Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium bicarbonate and Sodium citrate).
He askes Dr. Shoskes, if this could cause any problems.
He uses Alkala N as a drug for neutralisating of acids (like Prelief, which is not available on the german market).
