Botox

Post by dshoskes »

We are finally set up in our clinic to do Botox injections for chronic pelvic pain syndrome in men with muscle spasm. We will use 200 U of Botox injected around the external sphincter through a cystocsope.

I will keep everyone appraised of positive or negative results.

Dr Shoskes, is this the same protocol Dr Berger is following, as far as you know? I'm interested to hear if he is targeting the same muscle and area.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

As far as I know, Dr. Berger has not published the protocol he may be using. I will use the protocol that Dr. Rick Schmidt published in 2000.

Is the bulbospongiosus muscle in the pelvic floor?
Will Dr Berger be posting his results here when known?
No information here may be taken as medical advice. Posters should not give personal medical advice for legal reasons

Yes. It's at the base of the penis, from diagrams I have seen.

No. His results will be published in a scientific journal. We will then find out about them.
