I don't know of any clinical studies. Here is the only link I found that I personally think is credible, but it seems to be for prostatitis.

To quote Dr Shoskes on homeopathy:
Dr Shoskes wrote:Homeopathy involves drops of shaken water on a sugar pill and has no influence on anything in the body beyond a placebo effect; truly one of the great medical frauds of the past century. Either homeopathy is valid, or all of physical chemistry is valid; there is no middle ground.
For excellent essays on the topics of homeopathy and the placebo effect, see:

I have cured my prostatitis (and many other symproms) with Homoeopathy. There is no specific homoeopathic drug for prostatitis. Homoeopathy tries to cure the organism, so the remedy has to match to the whole organism, especially the mind symptoms. So if the remedy is right, the person starts feeling better, sleeping better etc and prostatitis is cured.
That means you have to find a good doctor and never read homoeopathic books that say: For Prostatitis take Nux vomica, Pulsatilla etc. This is the way classic medicine works: it cures a part of the body, but the whole person is sick. Real cure is achieved only if the remedy matches the organism.
