There is pain. Pain is genital dysesthesia. This is where I get a sensation of heat and burning discomfort or increased sensitivity when I touch not clothes touch my penis. It is sometimes mild other times worse no pain constantly. The touching pain radiates pain for few hours sometimes. Do you know what it is and if it’s something curable. Also precum is constantly stuck in my urethra head. It only goes when peeing and then comes back again after in like 30 min and causes extreme tingling or hypersensitivity. Like you need to go to pee. Thirdly my penis and testicles act like their breathing. Going up down left right. Right testicle and penis. Can go to semi then non semi or just move from left to right little up then down. Plus what’s causing the precum stuck in my urethra no pain when peeing or passing urine. In general how long do people has this issue on this forum. I get no pain when sitting down or back pain. Or get pain during an erection. Knocks and bumps to the genitalia bring on symptoms of pressure like I need to urinate but I know it’s due to that precum causing irritation as when I pee, barely void half as a normal person. Also a feather like feeling being on top of penis foreskin tickling. Is it something that goes away on its own? And it’s not pudental Nurelgia is it? I don’t want to go ahead with an injection that could cause problems. Hence why I’m literally begging to someone to help put me in the right direction and cure this mess early rather than later.

What is the precum stuck in urethra that trickles out on 2 second arousal or on it’s own. Most time it’s stuck under my meatus. My penis also twitching, feels like it’s breathing in my trousers. I think the twitching constantly has something to do with the precum coming out and getting stuck on the urethra/ meatus but I’m not really much known to this. It gets proper sensitive during sleep, if I wake up I can’t sleep again and it’s supersentive and ticklish. It’s not really nice. What can be done about it. Is it pudental nurelgia or something else from your opinion. I don’t get discomfort always and it doesn’t happen when touching my clothing just happens when I touch that area. How do you I go about getting it cured and what’s the likely time frame for all of this.

I've heard of this overproduction of secretions a few times. It's not clinically significant, unless associated with infections like mycoplasma, but I presume you've been tested for that. It's coming from the prostate and/or associated structures, like the seminal vesicles (which can be checked for enlargement and inflammation with a DRE). The twitching penis is the result of an irritated and hypertonic pelvic floor.

A cure takes time. You will have to methodically follow the Tips on the page I linked above. Don't be impatient, it is usually not a quick process.

This is not pudendal neuralgia. That is mostly a quack diagnosis. Avoid that doctor.

On average how long does it take to get to baseline if all the information is followed on this page. Each person is different but on average 1 year, 2 years, 5 years etc. My penis and testicle twitch and pulsate. I need to approach the right doctor if that precum is not a nerve issue and same with sudden arousals issue. Cause sensitivity is dear, same feels like urine urgency.

The nerves of the pelvis are overstimulated and causing the tissues in the urethra to become irritated. It's quite complex at the biochemical level but that's the basic story of what's happening. You need to unwind that nervous overstimulation. This forum explains how to do it but you need to calm down and read about what steps to take.

Why is the pain worst upon touch at the frenulum? Also my right testicle is sore and tender. Not paining but is sore and tender upon touch (hot).
