Hi everyone!
A few years back I made a post here about pelvic issues resulting from a "tantric" technique I carelessly applied to myself (only once).
The technique and the associated dangers are described in this link:
https://tantricacademy.com/million-dollar-point-danger/
I started feeling some mild pressure/discomfort in the pelvic area for the next couple of months, then, during some prolonged erection/arousal I felt a sudden twitch of my pelvic muscles that caused me to suddenly lose that erection. Worse, my libido was gone and was not coming back. I also had erection/urination troubles that lasted for a few days then resolved. I paid a visit to an urologist and I wasn't even finished explaining my story when he sent me to test my testosterone levels, which turned out to be below the normal range. I was given a dose of Nebido, the testosterone injection that is supposed to fix testosterone levels for about 3 months, not more. My libido recovered about 70-80% as a result of the injection. Surprisingly, it stayed that way for over 5 years (my urologist sadly passed away shortly after I visited so I never did a follow-up visit and I didn't really need to either). Maca and tribulus terrestris would give me a further temporary libido boost, which would pretty much solve my problem, as libido was by far my biggest issue.
Unfortunately, my libido disappeared again 3 months ago and I feel another testosterone shot might be due (I have been showing other symptoms of low T since such as fatigue, brain fog,my body has been getting rounder, etc,). What I want to discuss is the issue I have consistently had for all those 5-6 years: changes in semen color and smell. I also want do discuss how that can be related to any damage I might have done to myself and, ideally, I want to hear that it can be fixed and how.
I noticed a change in the smell of my semen around the time my libido troubles started. I also noticed a minimal change in color (used to be pure white, now is a tiny bit yellow every now and then). The change in color is much more noticeable when I let it dry on a napkin - it leaves yellowish/brownish stains that were definitely not there before my troubles started. I wasn't giving that much thought until recently, since I had pretty much no issues with my quality of life.
Searching this forum for "tantric" leads to scary theories about auto-immune reactions and possible damage of the genitourinary system. Can anyone elaborate on that a bit more? What can I do to heal myself?

I don't think there's any cure for an autoimmune reaction like this, if it is occurring. You could experiment with meds used for other autoimmune conditions, but there are no studies to guide you, so you'd be on your own. The closest analogy to this (putative) condition is post vasectomy syndrome, so have a look at how that is treated.

Thanks for your response, webslave!
There are a few reasons why I believe (and hope!) autoimmunity is not involved in what I am experiencing, I am more looking into the mechanisms through which physical trauma like the one I caused to myself could be responsible for the symptoms I am experiencing.
1. I had a solid two months of perfect sexual function after applying the tantric technique. If semen came in contact with my bloodstream, shouldn't the hypothesized autoimmune response come quicker? What I did experience during those two months was pressure/tension in my pelvis. I had many periods of prolonged sexual arousal during that two month period until I felt a sudden pelvic spasm and my libido disappeared pretty much in one second. Until my urologist visit I was pretty much convinced this was all caused by pelvic hypertension and the resulting loss of sensitivity.
2. Fortunately, my condition has been almost painless so far. Isn't it supposed to hurt when the body is attacking itself? I guess this is not true for all autoimmune conditions, but pain seems to be the main complaint for the post-vasectomy syndrome in the article you linked.
3. Of course all of this raises the issue of how did I end up with low testosterone at such a young age. Browsing through this and other prostatitis forums (e.g. Reddit), low T seems to be a recurring theme among prostatitis patients, especially those with sexual difficulties, young and old. The fact that my urologist immediately sent me for a T-test when I explained my story also makes me suspicious that a prostatitis-testosterone relationship exists. I regret not discussing that with him in more detail. Is there a potential mechanism through which pelvic/prostate troubles can cause low testosterone?

Re: Damaged by Tantric Techniques
Low testosterone can be hereditary or the result of numerous other factors:

If you start seeing some improvement, that would tend to corroborate the assumption that something simple has occurred and it can be reversed. Only if that fails, move on to more complex possibilities.
- high cholesterol levels.
- high blood pressure.
- being overweight or obese.
- drinking excessive amounts of alcohol.
- using illegal drugs.
- using anabolic steroids.
- taking certain prescription medications such as steroids and opiates, especially in excess.

Re: Damaged by Tantric Techniques
Low testosterone levels do not at all necessarily affect libido or sexual performance. I have had low testosterone levels for years and it has not affected me in any discernible way. I have taken testosterone supplementation, both injections and topically and have never noticed any benefit If you read the medical literature, they find there is a very low correlation between testosterone levels and libido/sexual performance. As a physician who long ago stopped putting any credence in pharmaceutical advertising, I can assure you that the ads pushing testosterone benefits are not based on science. The change in the color, smell, and any other quality of your semen is almost certainly due to diet and has no clinical significance. I am not aware of any autoimmune diseases specifically causing pelvic/genital discomfort and, moreover, autoimmune conditions are rare relative to pelvic floor dysfunction. Semen coming into contact with your bloodstream WILL NOT cause an autoimmune disorder. That is not how autoimmune disorders work Otherwise we would all have autoimmune disorders to mosquitos, dirt, glass, splinters, etc. From a medical standpoint, it is extremely unlikely that a "twitch" in your pelvis would have caused any significant injury or affect your libido. I would look at other possible causes of decreased libido such as depressed mood, drug or alcohol use, prescription drug use, or general medical conditions.
