Hello guys, first want to thank you for amazing community, so many helpful posts and information.
My journey started few months ago with standard symptoms (burning tip, urge to pee, pain in lower abdomen), no presence of bacteria in analyses and I got standard uro treatment: Levofloxacine + Doxycycline from local doctor. I did long courses several times and still no result and symptoms were above average.
After I found this forum I started to implement most of the advices from Webslave recommendations post (exercises, supplements, diet, less stress) and it helped to lower the pain and symptoms but they still persists. After I decided to take MicrogenDX semen test and today I got results. Can someone advice me what to do with this result and what are my next steps?
I already sent it to my local doctor too, but will be very grateful if someone could give me any insight on this.
Do I need to take more antibiotics? Do my sex partner (unprotected sex) need any treatment too?

Re: MicrogenDx results: CPPS or prostatitis
P. taiwanensis is a soil bacterium and I cannot even find a study about it infecting humans, so that's probably a contamination. Candida likewise, it's present vaginally in nearly all women. You can go down this rabbit hole but it won't help.

Thank you for answer! Appreciate it
So what do you suggest treat it as CPPS according to your posts and do not try another antibiotic treatment?

I would not take further antibiotics, but in the first instance take the advice of your doctor. If he gives you antibiotics, then take them, but if it does not resolve the condition, never take antibiotics again for this condition, and instead follow the Tips: https://ucpps.men/viewtopic.php?f=53&t=9338
