Bleach at 1000ppm concentration is effective and cheap.
1000ppm = 0.1% concentration (to be safe, use 0.2% concentration)
Bleach is usually sold at about 4% concentration (check your bottle).
To get from 4% to 0.2% you dilute it 20x, e.g. 10ml of bleach becomes 200ml of sterilising mixture.
Into the final mixture, you can dip a gloved hand holding a rag, which you squeeze out and use to wipe all packaging. Leave items to sit damp for at least 5 minutes, then handle again with sterilised hands.
If you need help working the math out, use this % dilution calculator:

You can also use peroxide or ethanol:
Some disinfectant agents effectively reduce coronavirus infectivity within 1 minute such 62%–71% ethanol, 0.5% hydrogen peroxide or 0.1% sodium hypochlorite.
