Swollen lump on epididymis
I've had CPPS for seven months with burning in perineum and burning in urethra 2 days after sex, although it used to burn for week after, now I feel 7mm size lump in epididymis that swells to size of jellybean second day after sex. Is this normal with CPPS and does anyone else have this happen as it does cause pain? Thanks

Sounds like a spermatocele (epididymal cyst — a painless, fluid-filled cyst). Please confirm with your doctor.
