How do you release bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles?

Hi Guys,

Anyone experience with releasing bulbocavernosus and ischiocavernosus muscles?
Don't see any information around on how to do this.

If you mean how do you treat trigger points in those muscles, it'll be the same as all other trigger points. In addition, to stop them coming back, consciously relaxing the pelvis is very important (paradoxical relaxation, reverse kegels* etc). Heat is also helpful (heating pads, sitz baths etc)

* Try to do reverse kegels without tensing the stomach muscles, or it can be counterproductive

Yeah I mean touching them does not seem to release trigger points they are different to the internal pelvic floor in the sense that I get immediate feedback of trigger points when I use the wand.

I also have your question and I don't know the answer too, but I think releasing of bulbocavernos and ischiacavenouse can be achieved by 40% (Relaxation, trigger point release)+ 40% (stretch exercises)+20% (Lidocaine and or Botox injection in to 11 and 1 clock of anus)
