Not sure if many else experience this but since the onset of my problem, I've noticed that my balls rather than hanging low and in between my legs are sort of tight and up front on my body, almost like I set them on ice for a bit and they shrunk up super tight. I'm thinking this is probably mostly muscular but trying to draw some ties between whats going on. It seems as if the worse my symptoms are the more they are tight up like this.
Anyway I notice certain things like uroxtral make them relax and hang way down. Also daypro (NSAID) has this result. But rectal valium not so much (which is weird because it is a muscle relaxant.)
It does make me curious if the NSAID is decreasing inflammation and then the muscles relax as sort of a brain triggered response.
When I had an injection at Dr Bahns everything dropped like this as well. Injection is steroid, antibiotics, antifungal, etc and I felt very good for a short time afterword.
Anyway just trying to pool some thoughts to try to draw some lines together of what the hell is the actual reason for this problem.
Thanks,
Forward Sack Syndrome

Forward Sack Syndrome
Age: 25 | Onset Age: 21 | Symptoms: Pain in perineum area, bad ED, slower stream, loss of libido, | Helped By: Uroxatral, Heavy Doses of NSAIDs, Really Hot Baths/Sauna | Worsened By: Sex, Masturbation, Spicy Foods, biking, certain exercises, sudafed| Other comments: Mine started in a time after copious amounts of sex, I also held in ejaculation for a long long time after a sex break which may have contributed. Also went from protected to unprotected sex around this same time, but all tests show no bacteria. I do not have urgency issues.

Re: Forward Sack Syndrome
Spasm will pull the testicles upwards. Also cold — cold-induced contraction of the cremaster muscle also raises the testes to bring them closer to the warmer groin region.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
