Anyone ever cured his urinary symptoms ?
I am having a constant urge to urinate now since 3 months which goes out from the tip of my penis. This symptom has destroyed my life completely. In this forum I only found people who are suffering from this symptom since years or even decades, which got me into a even bigger depression. Is there anyone who got rid of this or a similar symptom ?

Age: 52 | Onset Age:49 (but I may have had warning signs 25 yrs earlier)| Symptoms: Pretty much all the usual suspects. Frequency, urgency, inability to always empty, burning and numbing uretheral, penile & perineum pain. Frequent urination at night.| Helped By: Internal PT. Myrbetriq helps but is by no means great. TENS to help sleep, and hand held massages of the lower back, hips and buttocks. Standing and physical labor help. Stretches and hot baths. Occasionally use gel iced pad on the perineum. Worsened By: Sitting (being sedentary), driving, sex, bowel movements, tight clothing and underwear. | Other comments: Currently trying L-Theanine

dysfunctional voiding (shouldnt this be a symptom which can be cured easily)
I mean, shouldn't a doctor be able to find out easily what causes dysfunctional voiding? I mean this is such an obvious symptom, does it nevertheless remain a mystery like other symptoms. Can't void my bladder since CPPS and therefore have a tingling in my penis all the time. Anyone who has a solution for these problems. I hope my doctor will find a stricture or that alpha blockers cure the problem.

Voiding symptoms can be complex and multifactorial. You have not even told us your full symptom profile yet. Do you have pain?
