WS - I have a question for you.. I have been battling CPPS for a little over 2 years now, with many ups and downs.. My concern/question relates to Weak Orgasm with little to no ejaculate. When I do have an orgasm, a very weak drip of watery like semen drips out.. Not the thicker, higher volume that I had prior to CPPS. Occasionally, the weak watery semen will be followed by a thicker more gelatinous drop of yellowish semen. Its almost as if they are not mixing prior to ejaculation, if that makes any sense. Have you encountered this before? Any advice on how to counter this symptom?
Thanks

Re: Weak Orgasm - Little / No Ejaculate
CPPS patients commonly have changes in the appearance of their ejaculate due to inflammatory secretions (yellowness) and swelling of the prostatic and sometimes seminal vesicle ducts. None of it is important, it's just a typical symptom that subsides as you improve.
Weak orgasm shows the muscles of the pelvis are chronically strained.
