3D Clinic in China - anyone know exactly what diagnostics they use?

Apparently Dr. Song's clinic does an excellent procedure to test prostate fluid for all pathogens (including anaerobes), and even does antibiotic susceptibility testing on them to see which will be the most effective.

If the quality of this clinic is indeed so unique, why can't other doctors do the same procedure?

Is there anywhere else in the world that might do that, and if so, couldn't they investigate the Chinese clinic to see exactly what it is they do?

I don't believe I saw any reference to the specific diagnostic procedures they claim to do.

Other people don't do the procedure for a very good reason. It's a scam. This gives you an idea as to why:
