I use NOW Magnesium Citrate powder
2020 Update: I now recommend Magnesium Glycinate because the citrate causes diarrhea (in fact the citrate can be used as laxative).
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Forever. I put a little bit (tip of a teaspoon) into my jug of drinking water daily, and have done so for years.

The B vitamins, in a quality multivitamin format, taken occasionally is a good idea. They are well known to influence nerves.

Other key items are calcium, selenium and zinc.

Take what's recommended on the bottle. But as I said, look out for bowel reactions.
