Webslave, what would you say helped you the most on your recovery? I'm pretty sure somewhere I read you didn't do PT, instead more of a internal message route? I was thinking since I can't get to a CPPS PT maybe using a back massager on my pelvic area to work on trigger points along with internal massage and stretches. Hopefully the massager would shake out the trigger points. I've been in touch with this one guy that said he contributed this to his success, it sounds like a good idea possibly releasing trigger points and bringing more blood to the area. What to you think about that? Man this pain is wearing me down.

Probably lifestyle change that allowed me to stop stressing out over work was the thing that helped most, to be honest. I only did some internal trigger point treatment to myself in the early stages of getting better. I would cautiously encourage you to treat yourself with a Theracane-type tool, but be careful

Prostatitiscool, did you also have weak stream issues? Did that get any better if so?

Yeah I had it too, it's one of the first symptom who went away along with the golf ball feeling.

Things that made me better are sexual abstinence (3/2 weeks), internal massage (with aneros), keeping my stress level low, eat healthy and doing sport.

Also took a lot of supplements but can't be sure if they worked or not.

Maybe you should try it I had noticed when I had a weak flow that swimming improved this symptom but it was short-lived

Prostatitiscool, thank you very much, very encouraging. I wonder if swimming stretched some muscles allowing you to urinate better, like my signature says I've found sucking in my gut helps my urine flow. Thanks again friend. Thank you too webslave.
