Has anyone tried low-level laser for pain relief

I am currently dealing with cervical (neck) pain which actually started when I had severe pelvic pain and was trying to work on the laptop to hang on to the job 7 years ago

I got good relief for the cervical pain through low-level laser therapy. Fortunately I do not have that much pelvic pain for me to try to see if low-level t laser therapy would relief pelvic pain also.

But I just put it out there so that people can see if it would help them. One of the challenges may be that the pelvic muscles are deep and the laser will not be able to penetrate that. From what I understand laser in the wavelength range of 810 nm to 900 nm would be the one that will penetrate the most for pain relief.

I got therapy at a cold laser therapy Centre which use the machine MLS M6. There are a variety of machines out there with each manufacturer claiming to be superior so please do ask. There is even a consumer device lasertouchone.com with good reviews on Amazon.com but not sure if it would help in pelvic pain
