Pretty sure that sex triggered my CPPS !!

Post by prostatitiscool »

Hello everyone,
I thought it would be nice to share my stories with you :

Everything started after receiving oral sex. A few days later I started feeling pain in my testicles and in my perineum. Of course I freaked out, was quite sure I had some sort of diseases so I went to my doctor had a course of antibiotics that did nothing.

Spent around €1k with tests and visiting doctors, with no results and no bacteria. No bacteria were found until I've found this doctor from France promoting the Manila protocol (wish I had subscribed here before going to him  I'll call him Dr Scammy)

So like you've guessed Dr Scammy magically found chlamydia in my genitals, when I've asked him how come in 5 different labs they couldn't find it he just answered "No labs in Paris can work like I do. They are all doing it wrong" ... Was desperate and listened to him. Then when I came back, he once more time magically found trichomoniasis, since I know trich is a parasite that you can have by vaginal intercourse, I told Dr Scammy that I never had unprotected vaginal sex, his answer was "A condom doesn't protect you 100% trichomonas can go through".

At this time I was desperate but not stupid and I knew with whom I was dealing, and stayed depressed thinking I had a unknown bacteria down there and that no one could help me.

This was until I've found this Board! It made me think and react on how it all started. I'm now 80% sure I have now CPPS from sex but by trauma and not by a bacterial infection.

Here's what happened :
  1. I wasn't into it during the oral sex so she performed a rough handjob, she pulled so hard that I had to tell her to stop (sorry for picturing the scene )
  2. It was winter and at work I've put the heater under the table just near my legs which I think have probably aggravated the already injured part of my pelvis
  3. Pain went away on it's own without antibiotics, I've started taking antibiotics only 15-20 days after the initial event (which bacterial pain can go away on it's own without antibiotics?)
  4. Testicular pain went away for good the day I've noticed the heater was too close to my legs
What do you guys think about that? Can a heater or pulling on a penis cause my CPPS?

Thanks

PS: I've benefited a lot from Prostatitis/CPPS, began to be healthier, I've stopped my dirty way of life which could have led me to worst than CPPS! Also my body feel way better since I've stopped all of this junk food. That's a good point, CPPS will probably allow me to live longer lol

edit2: For those who are still thinking about doing vigorous massages, let me tell you that this is what Dr Sscammy did to me I only had it twice and all of my symptoms flared up days after each sessions.

Unlikely. Rough handling of the genitalia may be a precipitating event, but the ground was laid for the syndrome before that.

Thank you webslave. I've now read a lot in the forum and saw that a lot of people are in my case. I'm experiencing now only discomfort/urinary issues after sex, saw your guide about post-ejaculation pain and now it explain why I never felt any discomfort after wet dreams since my body is all relaxed when I'm sleeping.

Bought an aneros thinking of working those triggers points but seems it's useless so next step will be a headache in the pelvis + that crystal wand from your store

Would like to know if anyone is experiencing the same concerning wet dreams (i.e. no discomfort after wet dreams)?

**Update on my condition **
I'm now feeling better, since my last post symptoms are gradually fading away, thought ejaculation was my trigger but my pain & discomfort went away after I had sex.

I noticed that every time that my stools look nice (not soft & yellowish) the days following my pain is disappearing. This happened now twice, and I'm starting to that think both are linked.

Both time I went pain free I've also took loads of probiotics.

I'm now just taking any accredited quercetin product even if I have now pain, Do you think I should stop and keep it in case of a relapse or just stick with it and finish my 2 months.

At the moment the only remaining symptom is my low ejaculation strength which is nothing compared to the pain I was experiencing.

I know they are a No Go but coffee and alcohol (except beer) seems to have no effect on me

Hi and happy new year.

I'm still having flare ups since the last time I've posted, but since last year it's 70% better, I wish 2016 will be the year of improvement for all of us  I noticed a few new symptoms that I'd like to discuss with you guys.
  1. I was having sex with my girl friend, she gave me oral sex and something weird came out from my penis like a little jelly of cum which was soft solid, did any one ever experienced that because I've kinda freaked out seeing that :(
  2. I know pain after ejaculation is a trigger but how would you explain that:
    1. I've masturbated, and then felt pain after a few minutes (sensation of needing to pee, like if something was stuck inside)
    2. So since It was driving me crazy and it couldn't let me sleep I've decided to masturbate one more time, and I felt a great relief but almost had a dry orgasm which I can describe it in 3 steps
      1. Small watery ejaculate
      2. Those small chunks of jelly semen came out after
      3. After manually pulling my urethra normal looking semen came out in low quantity.
Did that ever happened to you guys? Maybe those small chunks are because I'm abstaining too much in fear of flare ups ?

Those little lumps of jelly-like substance are called corpora amylacea. They have no known significance.

I am now clueless about what trigger my flares. In the beginning abstinence would make me pain free, now when I'm in pain bowel movement gives me relief and ejaculation make me almost pain free for a while (which used to be my trigger)

I consider this change as a big step forward since I've recovered a decent sex life, once a day is now OK! Maybe I'm on some road to recovery. lol (optimistic hope).

Over time, the parts of your body that need work (the various muscles of the pelvic floor, the various muscles near the pelvic floor, the bladder for IC, the bowels for IBS) will shift. I know they have for me. Much of the time, CPPS won't stay fixed, it seems. You have to adjust with the changes.
Age: 26 | Onset Age: 23 | Symptoms: Neuropathic-like pain and hyperalgesia (lateral/anterior thighs mostly, but distributed throughout body); Pain (penis shaft, right side, when erect for long or excess masturbation) | Previous Symptoms: Pain (testicles; penis underside, mostly near base and running up urethra, sharp/burning; perennial region, dull; ejaculatory; post-ejaculatory); Urinary (moderate incomplete voiding; moderate frequency and pain on bladder filling); Sensations (cold in head of penis) | Helped By: Stretching (especially hip rotators and flexors); Yoga (especially lunges, warrior 2, and pigeon) Trigger point release (abdominals; iliopsoas; gluteus muscles and piriformis; bulbospongiosus & ischiocavernosus; thigh adductors); Meditation (mindfulness); Walking & Aerobic Exercise | Worsened By: Stress, anxiety, too much alcohol, lack of sleep, sitting at length | Current prescriptions: nortriptyline (10 mg, 1x at night; for CNS sensitization and IBS) Previous prescriptions: hydroxyzine (10 mg, 1x at night; for urinary symptoms/mast cell stabilization; useful), clonazepam (0.25-0.5 mg, 1x at night; for anxiety/CNS sensitization; useful for short time)

Hi guys,
it's been a year since my last post, and things are going better months by months. I can say that I am now 98% pain free, with only some mild flare ups after sex.

I could notice that masturbation is giving me a flare almost 100% a few days after whereas regular sex leave me pain free most of the time this I can't explain, maybe it should be some sort of muscular tension.
