Chair pillows
Like most people, I sit most of the day at work. I realized this was a contributing factor to pelvic tension and starting looking into pillows. What do you all recommend? I have a Kabooti, which has been nice so far but there's some advertised more for prostate pain on Amazon.

Re: Chair pillows
I use the Tush Cush
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000X2IUKM
but that's more for my spine. I don't have pelvic pain (for a long time now), so not sure how much that will help.
It's fantastic for relieving pressure on the spine though

Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
