Ingredients are
  1. Saw Palmetto (not helpful for CPPS)
  2. Quercetin 100 mg (dose much lower than Quercetin)
  3. Pumpkin Seed Extract (no evidence it helps CPPS)
  4. Pygeum Bark Extract (some weak evidence it helps CPPS)
  5. Organic Turmeric (no evidence it helps CPPS, although it is an anti-inflammatory)
  6. Valerian Root (no evidence it helps CPPS)
  7. Zinc (no evidence)
Conclusion: the quercetin is helping.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
