Great story, and a very informative blog. I did see that he recovered fairly quickly without any internal work and by treating several accessible external trigger points, which tells me he had a very treatable form of CPPS. He apparently had sitting pain, but I could not tell what other symptoms he had. But good for him. He obviously did his homework. He credits HITP with getting him on the right track.
Age: 45 | Onset Age: 45 | Symptoms: Pain/discomfort in shaft, pain/pressure in perineum, rectal pain, occasional testicle pain; some frequency and nocturia (but decreasing). | Helped By: Aerobic exercise. | Worsened By: Sitting is horrible.
