so tired all the time?

Post by GARYS »

Just wanted to get some ideas before going to see my doctor, so any help is appreciated!! I'm not sure what I have or if its a combination of stress, depression, sinus problems, thyroid or testosterone. I am so tired all the time but hard work doesnt make things better or worse, my eyes are always glassy, nose is almost always stuffy (no sneezing). I've had my thyroid checked several times (my mother has thyroid problems) but shows up normal. I have had blood tests and asked for my testosterone to be checked but havent done so yet. I don't feel too anxious or depressed even though I take Lexapro and sometimes valium. Valium does nothing for me and the doctors only suggestion was to up my Lexapro. I tell my wife I'm exhausted and she says so is she and that a lot of people say they are, but this is more than what's normal!! My chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome is doing better with following Wise-Anderson Protocol but this sucks!! I have work to do and kids that need to be played with and all I can think about is getting on the couch. I don't sleep during the day, just lay there with my eyes closed but then at night I have a really hard time falling asleep. So what does this sound like? If it was CFS what can be done? If its related to sinuses should I try a steroid nasal spray? Could it be testosterone? Thanks. Another thing I forgot to mention is that my brain also feels kind of foggy and muscle weakness mainly in my legs.

Fatigue is a symptom of most diseases, conditions and deficiencies, unfortunately, so it could be just about anything causing it. This is one for your doctor to investigate.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.
