Kind of an odd one I know. After about 90 days of stretching and 30 days of daily relaxation/meditation I noticed that both during the pigeon stretch AND during the relaxation/meditation, the first half of the penis twitches uncontrollably. Sometimes for 10 seconds straight. During relaxation it happens usually when I breathe out.
Is this some sign of progress? The discomfort that I always feel is in the tip of the penis so I am hoping that this twitching is a result of progress being made in relaxing the muscles.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

Twitching Penis During Relaxation and Stretching
Age: 39 | Onset Age: 17 | Symptoms: Constant feeling of needing to urinate felt in the tip of penis. Frequency. Urgency. None of the typical pain associated with CPPS. | Helped By: Valium, Klonopin, and very hot baths, followed by lying down still/doing relaxation. Also made almost symptom free for a few seconds following a bowel movement. | Worsened By: stress, anxiety, skipping meals, lack of sleep, extended sitting, coffee, alcohol. NO other pain or discomfort although after ejaculation symptoms will usually get worse unless I lie still for 20 minutes or so. | Other comments: Symptoms began at the moment of ejaculation, disappeared after a few months and then returned a few months later and have not gone away since.

Thanks for this webslave. It's really encouraging because it is happening only during stretching and relaxation and only in the penis, about an inch from where the constant discomfort comes from. I can see it and feel it happening. And I stretched for months without this happening so I theorize that I am making progress. I will keep you updated.
