Swelling between testicles?

I hope people aren't getting sick of my postings but after living with this for 11+ years and finally getting a correct diagnosis last November, Its overwhelming to be able to talk about all this stuff with people who know what I'm talking about. Although I'll be honest, I much prefer talking about my private parts with women.

Anyway, does anybody have a muscular swelling between their testicles? Until recently, the worst and sometimes only symptom was a severe tingling in my testicles. This was present when my testicles were retracted close to the body (cold, nervous etc.) but I felt fine when they were loose. And when my testicles are up close there is a very noticeable muscular swelling that splits my testicles down the middle forcing them to each respective side. The bulge starts where the perineum meets the testicles and ends where the testicles meet the penis. This is most noticeable during erection and while ejaculating where sometimes, at its worst it feels as though the swelling is the size of a halved tennis ball. And while the swelling itself does not in fact hurt in any way, it is the swelling that causes the testicular tingling. I've been able to manage it with heat packs but as you can imagine, I can't necessarily bring those to work or to a restaurant etc.

With all this talk of 'pelvic floor' and 'relaxing' I've got to thinking that perhaps this is indeed related to all that but it seems awfully extreme and I've yet to read any posts where anybody has mentioned tension so severe that it created a muscular bulge of this magnitude. Recently my symptoms have become much worse and the tingling is not my main concern any more but it'd be nice to nock it off the list.
