So 500mg 2x/day quercetin has immediately eliminated all perineum pain. However, urinary symptoms of frequency urgency,weak stream and some lower back pain.
What does this mean? Will urinary symptoms eventually go away? Is prostate still inflamed?

This is not a condition that goes away overnight. Your symptoms will resolve over weeks or months. Continue with the quercetin and add in stretches and some massage, internal and external.
