hi, I feel your agony. I had this for 13 years. I'm 33 now. I first got it in my right testicle with pain and twitching running down my right leg. I left my truck driving job and it went away, but the swelling in my epididymus didn't go away. I started lifting weights and on occasion my epididymus and right testicle would ache so I stopped. I worked at a car wash for 4 years and was fine. I developed a beer gut so I started jogging and doing crazy sit-ups and crunches.
My symptoms came back worse than before, this time they were in both testicles and scrotum. It felt like a bubbling sensation. For me at first this was devastating. I find as long as you keep mobile and busy the symptoms do diminish after a year or so where they are tolerable. I got a concrete job of all things. I would be tolerable in mornings and early afternoons, but by the time I got home it was right in the tub and to bed.
After a year of woking there the symptoms were tolerable to the point were I could stop taking baths. I was fine and could deal with the diminished symptoms finally. Then I lost my license and had to ride a bike to work. Well all my symptoms came back worse than ever as a result of that. Now there in my testicle, scrotum, perineum, and spinchter. So here I go again out of work with a child to support. Does anyone have perinial pain and spinchter pain, and can you tell me what helps for you to relieve this pain? I would appreciate the advise and to hear what helps you. These areas of pain are new to me. I've been to all the doctors offices before, but not for this new area of pain. If anyone has the symptoms I've experienced that I first described when I was 21, please read the article on Lifting, Pelvic Joint Dysfunction and epididymus. I am going to get checked for this now, and I feel as though if I caught this article sooner I wouldn't be here in this situation maybe. Sorry this is so long this is my first time on this website. Until next time, I have more questions and maybe some answers of what worked for me. Any advise would helpful. Thanks for listening.
Bob
