Lowered sperm

Post by Joshracer2003 »

I know it is a common side effect of chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome but the force of the sperm when I ejaculate bothers me immensly. It kinda feels like when I urinate and I get that feeling of not completly emptying my bladder. Its really frustrating. I dont really have a question, just wanted to get it off my chest.
Age:26 | Onset Age:24 Nov. 2008 | Symptoms:Sharp pain deep in the urethra right above the testicles at the base of penis, dribbling at the end of very painfull urination with a weak stream, on and off frequent urination. Pain in the perineum. Premature ejaculation and weak dribbling ejaculate. Helped BY: Stretching, external PT, relaxation(although this is very hard to do.) The verdict is still out on the internal for me. Attended the Wise clinic and was told my main problem was my abs. I have two trigger points internal but I can't seem to find any relief from the wand, but practice makes perfect. For everyone that has had a bacterial infection ruled out by a doctor then CPPS just might be your problem. Look into the Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol. Its very insightful and worth the money. Remember, dont give up!

Sounds like urethral irritation. Your sig indicates that you are taking minimal action to overcome this.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

What actions could I take to help this? Aside from external PT and stretching I am not sure what to do. My symptoms are so frustrating and annoying. I just dont know what to do. Its so hard to concentrate on my school and enjoy anything.

Get the Headache in the Pelvis book and try internal massage. Ideally you need someone to train you to do this, but if you are in Japan, there is nobody. Do you go home to CA often? Attend a clinic in CA if you can co-ordinate times.

I am still waiting to get my cystoscopy which hopefully I can get done soon. Maybe they can find something with that. I am actually going to visit my family in Cali in April, so that would be a good chance for me to go to a clinic.

Also if I have had negative cultures for my bladder is it possible that I still might have IC and possibly then will detect during the cystoscopy? And I clicked on that link and its the Stanford one. The days for the April one are not the days I will be in Cali. I know going to this clinic is the best way to learn internal PT but are there any other self help guides out there?

I suggest you move heaven and earth to make the time to attend the clinic. Getting better is priority #1 in your life. You must see it in perspective.

You are absolutely right. I needed that push. I just called and I am going to attend the clinic in April. It puts a damper in what I had originally planned but I won't have another chance to do this for a couple years, and I will still have about two weeks to spend time with my family before that. Thanks.
