Deep Rectal Release

Post by neue01 »

I posted part of this in response to a question directed at me in another portion of the forum and I think it is important enough to present to the entire group in hopes that it will help those who have not been following the other discussion.

There are a few key tips I've learned after a year and a half of exploring and experimenting with what I'll call "deep rectal release". I think this is extremely important and is the root to why most men only get 75%-80% better and never really see a complete cure to their condition. In my opinion the problem is that we are only massaging and releasing one part of the problem in a whole chain of muscle groups.

I have noticed that the rectal cavity consists of 3 major areas that work in conjunction with each other.

The first and most accessible is your pelvic floor. This is the most accessible and easiest area to work out. Just releasing this area alone can bring on huge relief. This is the area that gets the most attention from all the literature and physical therapists. This makes sense because it's the easiest to access and work so it gets a lot of attention. The thing is there are 2 deeper areas that in my opinion are completely ignored.

The second area starts at about 7 or 8 inches in and goes to about 10 or 11 inches. This area has a ton of effect on those really deep urinary symptoms and sensations that manifest all the way up to pain in the tip of the penis. This is a crucial area to hit as well and release here is extremely profound.

The last area is really far back starting at 10 inches and going to 14 inches or so. This area is the sensation to go number 2 largely and when released completes the chain. These muscle groups all work in conjunction with each other in rhythmic waves that bring control and sensation to everything from urination, orgasm and deification. I have seen PROFOUND effects from releasing all three of these areas in concert. I have also experienced profound dismay when I have set them off or mis-released any one of them. This is not always easy but the release makes it all worth it.

The method is simple. Use a slender, slightly flexible, rounded tool that can travel 14 inches into the rectal cavity. I know it sounds intense but it is easy to get the hang of. You normally can slide this tool back very slowly the entire length of your rectal cavity hitting all three areas. It takes me 15-30 minutes to just run once through all three groups. I have noticed if I try running this entire process to fast or more then once or twice I tend to experience a flare up and less of a release. I suggest just slowly running through this deep rectal release process once every morning and allow the area to rest for the reminder of the day. This has been a huge realization for me and will save you lots of agony by trying to release it all in one sensation by doing this multiple times. Once a day is all you need to do to start seeing huge change in your symptoms.

I thought someone would have commented on this by now, I guess nothing silences the crowd like a 14 inch dildo.

But seriously, you're very brave. It took me a lot of courage to get about 5 inches for me.
Age:24 | Onset Age:22 | Symptoms: Urgency and penile tip pain. Frequency at it worst. Reduced libido and functioning. | Helped By: Prostate massage. That's about it so far. Haven't thoroughly tried PT yet however. | Worsened By: Sitting. Perhaps stress and negative thoughts. Chiro, candida detox and standard treatments have not helped.

What ever works for you...

This is very risky in my opinion and not practical for many sufferers...In my opinion...The relaxation and hard cognitive work to get anxiety under control and re-learning how to relax the pelvic floor will translate into other muscles deeper in the rectum to follow...

I encourage anxiety prone UCPPS people to consider L-Theanine
Age, 44 onset age 37 Feb 2006 Freq. need to urinate. Sensation of having to urinate soon after going. Perineum discomfort/burning/tightness, pubic area discomfort @ times, poor urine stream, post urine dripping/spray. All symptoms have improved with my protocol. At the worst I give it a 1 to 2 on irritation and discomfort and frequency. Helps: Elavil 5mg for anxiety and mast cell protection, (will only take it as needed) self internal PT as needed, stretching, walking, stairmaster cardio workout and light weights, reducing stress, moment to moment relaxation, deep breathing relaxation and using a Theracane. Makes worse: sitting for long periods, stress, over focusing on it. Currently 95%-98% recovered. Stay positive, relaxed and control your anxiety.

I don't advise anyone to use a long tool like this inside the rectum. It's interesting that it helps Neue01, but I have never seen this sort of colonic probing discussed anywhere before. At 14" you are well beyond the rectum and pelvic floor.

you sure you don't mean 14 centimeters? no but seriously I have have found and treated the same or a simlilar area(not so far up but maybe 5-6 inches) using my Theracane and had some success treating it but sometimes I get really horrible flareups and spasms by doing this but I'll keep at it.
