Hey guys,
Just some questions. I have been having these tension issues like I told you...especially in my temples...On my right side particularly...I keep having these fasciculations when I turn a certain way or whatever...they don't hurt per say...but it's pretty strong lasts about 30-45 seconds. My PT, massage therapist, Et cetera say its chronic tension just like what I have in my pelvis so clearly I've not worked on the anxiety stuff like I could have.
My question is, how do we know fasciculations are good? Shouldn't have, but when I looked it up online I saw nothing that suggested it was a good thing and it was muscle starting to release? Also...is there anything else I can be doing? I have been doing trigger point release in my face and jaw..and doing my PT and stuff...anyone else experience this??
Just wondering, thanks.
