NEED ADVICE(Wise/Anderson or Polachek)

Have been suffering from chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome for several years---it seems to come and go and have literally tried every pill on the market w/o success. Major symptom are feeling of golfball up the butt and burning in the same area--sometimes after urination.When condition is at its worst, I will get prostate pain and slight fever/chills. Symptoms are less in AM and get worse as day goes on. Avoiding sitting helps and have adopted sitting position centered on left or right buttock and can put no pressure on perineum. Have had 3 prostate fluid cultures in the last year. First showed streptococcus and 2 months of AB's that were supposed to kill pathogen had no effect. Next 2 cultures showed nothing. Polachek says I have prostate infection which he can cure. Wise says Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol is what I need. Which do I choose?
