Just got back from the urologist--he did a test which determined the amount of urine still in the bladder after voiding, a DRE, a urinalysis, etc.
He thinks I have primary bladder nack obstruction. He says the cause may be congenital, hormonal, etc.
Anyone been diagnosed with this?
He wants to do a cytoscopy in a couple of weeks.

Re: Primary bladder neck obstruction?
Of course he can make money from this diagnosis (an operation may be suggested). From a CP/CPPS diagnosis, he makes very little money.
Not saying this applies to you, but some people are very slow to twig that uros cannot help them.
