Long time since my last post, here's an update and questions

Post by Pelican »

Hey all

Been a loooong time since my last post, I'm by no means healed yet but at least it's a lot better.

I still have that burning feeling in my bladder (especially left side) and this is the worst of my symptoms (painwise). I sometimes still get the cramps and that hurts like hell but it's not often. If any of you read any of my previous posts you know I tried A LOT of different treatments. The only thing that has worked for me and was sort of a turning point was seeing a PT in Scotland. I have since then been doing the stretches he taught me, both internal and external and my PE and ED has gotten a lot better.

I think my main problem area is the PC muscles, it's gotten a lot better since I started stretching these and when I stretch the right one I immediately get the left side bladder pain. Stretching it hurts like hell and most of the time it starts bleeding, this doesn't happen when I stretch the left side. Anyone recognize this?

The thing is this is as good as it gets, I've been doing this for a few years now and I don't get any better. Believe me, I'm happy with the way things have been going but it's annoying that I can't seem to get fully healed.

So now I turn to you guys once again for tips on what to do now?

Any input would be greatly appreciated and if anyone needs help from me or has questions feel free to ask and I'll try to help the best I can.

Thanks!

Ahh yes you went to see Bill didn't you? He is a nice guy isn't he. But dont think bad thoughts as you have to keep going to see him a few times before you start to notice any difference!

Bleeding however I dont think is the norm and I would perhaps advise you to go and see a GP about that. The muscles are shortened and tight, they should not bleed. Where does the blood come from?
