I made an appointment with a homeopathic doctor next Wed to get a diet for proctitis and CPPS. During a phone consultation with him today he told me that he has a therapist in his office who treats chronic pain with ONDAMED (electro magnetic spectrum). www.ondamed.net .
He charges $75 per treatment and said it usually takes from 2-12 treatments. I am skeptical but if it works the money would not be an issue.
My question is: Has anyone had experience with ONDAMED and was it successful.

Ondamed
Age 67. Had radiation and radium seed treatment for prostate cancer Jan-June, 2007. 4 months after the March 2007 seeding I was diagnosed with non-bacterial prostatitis. Has been very painful and only relief I get is drinking gallons of water. Problem is I need to stay close to bathroom. Got on-line with the forum on Nov 7, 2007. Taking Flomax and saw palmetto supplement for a couple of months but no relief yet. Just ordered book A Headache in the Pelvis. Living in an RV in Yuma,AZ until May 2008 and then will move north to Wyo. and Colo.

Re: Ondamed
Have no experience, or any idea what ondamed is. Like you I am doubtful of the efficacy of homeopathic stuff. Lots of work with people searching for answers with difficult to treat chronic conditions, turning to the homeopaths for some relief. Having some experience with Chiropractors who have got into it, some with outlandish claims of cancer cures, etc (a small minority), its rightful to be skeptical (or sometimes incredulous). That and the fact that insurance won't pay it, (No information or research to prove its efficacy.) gives one 2-12 $100 treatments of such and such for a non invasive painless procedure for chronic pain. No billions in indevelopment costs, research, double blind studies, validation, FDA approval, just countless "my mother's cousin's aunt went to one" ( a homeopath) and found relief.
Not getting thousands of Ph.d's Md.s, MS's involved in a drug firm and just having a homeopathic "dilution" of 1/250000 of zamambe root in a dropper bottle with a paper label from ACME products of Walla Walla Washington. Pretty efficient too. 50c worth of product for $35.
