Deeper Sphincter

Has anybody had any experience with the deeper internal sphincter of the anus? There is the outer sphincter and a secondary internal one deeper in up past the prostate. I have been struggling with symptoms and been totally frustrated because I have released all the TPs in the lower part of the pelvic floor. I thought I would try something different and carefully and slowly went really deep up to this secondary internal sphincter and hit the worst TP I've ever felt. Seriously just barely touching this area brought some of the worst pain I have had on internal examination. This area is very tight for me and really seems to flare up my symptoms. I am using a tool right now to try and carefully massage it because it is much further then I can reach on my own. It seems to be an area that is involved in orgasmic sensation as well as the sensation to go number 2. When I push on it I get those sensations pretty heavily. Does anybody have any experience with this area? I have tried massaging it for the last 2 days and it's really aggravating me right now. Any help would be really appreciated.
