Hypersensitivity in tip of my penis

Last year; about 18 months ago, I had a Chlamydia urethritis. After antibiotic therapy burning, white discharge went away. Remained a strange sensation on tip of my penis.. above all contact with my underwear. I done more exams, urology/dermatology visit.. all negative... probably I have a mild form of CPPS.. in fact I have too much anxiety and my mind doesn't stop focus to my genital.

Now.. thank you to this forum I read much cure chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome but I'll very happy if there is someone that has my problem and has resolved it... :62_58_40:

I would say you probably want to protect/cover that area very well so that it doesn't chafe. I suspect that the more it chafes, the more you sensitize the nerves. You may also want to your doctor about applying some EMLA cream to the region.
