What do you guys think??
Well, I have had symptoms for almost 2months now. Started with testicle groin and abdomen pain 3 days after unprotected sex. Very mild at first. 10 days later was put on 14 days of Doxy. almost all relief after a few days but never fully vanished. This happened in South East Asia. When I returned home I saw a doc who put me on Cipro...nothing. Near the end of the Cipro started to develop frequent urination. Very large amounts. About the same time I also hit my tailbone/bum very hard snowboarding and the next day felt like there was a ball stuffed up there. Pain lasted about 4 days then went away. 10 days ago I saw another GP who for the first time did a prostate exam and said that there was no swelling or sign of infection. Diagnosed me with epididymitis and 30 more days of Doxy. 10 days in and not much change. Have had pain lately running down my thighs and abdomen and surrounding area feels much tighter than normal. Think this is Prostatitis, or Epididymitis that I can't seem to clear. My left Epi is still definitely a little tenter to the touch still. I was also diagnosed with Epididymitis about a year ago and a course of Doxy cleared it right up. What do you guys think.

Re: What do you guys think??
- You only have CP/CPPS after 3 months minimum, by definition, so you are not there yet
- You have had multiple insults to your pelvic area: infection (probable, now gone), trauma, etc
- Such insults can set up a nasty feedback cycle of increasing pain
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Webslave is right that you don't have enough time under your belt, but with your symptoms, the encounter with the girl, golf ball under coccyx etc. You may be a "probable" for pelvic floor probs. I have a friend who has had epididymitis flooring him every year for the last 8. A course of antibiotics clears him up quick, a 7 day affair every February or so. The concept yours isn't clearing up with abx like it did before means its probably not an infection.
An active guy with a responsible job into weights or other activities that are pelvic stressful meets a new girl and goes to town, pornstars it and overloads the area, then his abdomen and testes start hurting. Immediately he connects it with the new girl (a memorable event) and an infection. (a fairly reasonable response) Then he injures the area under stressful exercise. This is a very common story in one form or another.
Take 3 months off from exercise, de-stress at work and the other stuff Webslave said. Then check back.
Good luck
