Concentrated Urine

Post by Paso »

Hey guys,

I have been better the last few days after my session in Scotland with Bill Taylor. Not there yet, but better. I am experiencing something that puzzles me however. I think when my urine is more concentrated my burning sensation kicks in. It is not "on the bladder", but on the right and left side of my middle low abdomen. It is not pain (thank god), but a quite serious irritation. So my thinking is that this comes from my bladder...

Now here is the strange part. When I wake up in the morning after a full night of sleep (usually never go up to pee, thank god) I am always feeling 100%. I will go up, urinate and have far more concentrated urine...Still I will experience no burning...

Also I find that lying down helps me when I have my burning...

In addition to this If I drink lots of water and really fill my bladder (750-800ml) I never experience any pain or burning...

Should I go in for a cysto? If not, can anyone explain this to me?

Has anyone gotten rid of "burning", if so how?

If you drink water but dont get the burning, do you think maybe its something else you drink which may be causing this irritation? Do you drink tea, coffee, fizzy drinks?

A flexible cysto may be a good idea to rule things in and out.

I have not had anything else than water the last 10 days since this started occurring. What puzzles me is the fact that I seem to be bothered by concentrated urine during the day time, but when I wake up in the morning and have more concentrated urine I am fine. No burning...

Cortisol levels are high in the morning in men with chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome (see Anderson study). Cortisol has anti-inflammatory effects by reducing histamine secretion.

I think prelief may be worth a try

i also get more irritation the more concentrated the urine another reason why beer and dehydration can cause me grief

the first pee in the morning is usually concentrated which is right pain as it can set you up for the day in pain
Age:33 | Onset Age:19 | Symptoms:burning urethra, deep sore stinging around the perineum, dribbling | Helped By:when flare starts deep relaxing over a toilet to let out dribbling urine, hot bath, rubbing a heat cream on the perineum, Tens with a pad on the perineum, running, medication (solpadol) for pain. Current treatment: PT. | Worsened By:sitting, stressing over it, ejaculation, sometimes alcohol but I risk it. Been feeling a lot better last 6 months about 85% with a few flares lasting about 5 days. No longer having PT. Stretching every other night and I believe time is also a big factor for me

yeah I have prelief, will try them again. the worst part about this is that I was fine for so long. I had almost forgotten about this horrible condition...Boom, back in the middle of it.. I have to admit I have thought about ending this (Not like I would do anything, but still a sign of depression)....

Sigh

It went away once, it'll go away again. Second occurences tend to be shorter in duration and less severe as well.
