When I went to see Dr. Wise my biggest problems were burning in the perineum and pain at the tip of the penis. That was in late August. I've been following through with the SP ever since. I relax at least an hour every day, stretch, yoga 2x week and internal TP therapy a few times a week. Now, 6 months later, my biggest problem is butt pain. What up with that? There is either a burning fire in the anus or my gluts are achy and sore. The other symptom from time to time is a tightness right over the bladder at the end of urinating. At it's worst it seriously feels like my insides are going to explode, like there is a heavy weight on my insides. What up? Has anyone else had the pleasure of the wandering chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome symptoms?
Thanks.

It's typical. I never experienced pain in my legs and started experiencing some in my left leg calf/upper leg area intermittently and then it went away. I have had almost 5 1/2 almost perfect days, but if I woke up with my ears on fire, I wouldn't bat an eye lid. chronic prostatitis / chronic pelvic pain syndrome is like being married to a woman you can't stand, but you have to stick around for the sake of the kids. Unfortunately, they were just born so you have a long way to go until you're free.
Age: 46 | Onset Age: 45 | Symptoms: "gotta go to the bathroom feeling almost constantly, even after I go." Raw/irritated feeling mainly when sitting down. | Helped By: Following IC diet, Alo Vera caps, Cod Liver Oil, Flax seed oil, very warm baths, stretching, relaxation tapes, Yoga and meditation, | Worsened By: citrus fruits, chilie, old cheeses, coffee, alcohol, stress, anxiety, obsessing on the problem.

When it comes to nerves, anything is possible. The typical "wandering symptoms" aspect of CP/CPPS is what first alerted me to the fact that it couldn't be an infection.
Good News! The great ProstaQ is BACK at last! You must try it.

Once a month for one day I get testicle pain ache
Age:33 | Onset Age:19 | Symptoms:burning urethra, deep sore stinging around the perineum, dribbling | Helped By:when flare starts deep relaxing over a toilet to let out dribbling urine, hot bath, rubbing a heat cream on the perineum, Tens with a pad on the perineum, running, medication (solpadol) for pain. Current treatment: PT. | Worsened By:sitting, stressing over it, ejaculation, sometimes alcohol but I risk it. Been feeling a lot better last 6 months about 85% with a few flares lasting about 5 days. No longer having PT. Stretching every other night and I believe time is also a big factor for me

Arrrrrr toooo..
Was feeling 100% normal on Monday for the first time in about 6 months then a weird flare came on bad. Felt like a worm going up and down inside my private parts and bladder area while trying to sleep last night.. ARGGGHH
Just started taking any accredited quercetin product for the first time starting last week, I wonder if this has to do with drastically fluctuating symptoms for me??

Quercetin causes a small increase in symptoms for some men, right at the start, as it opens up swollen-shut ducts and allows trapped and irritating secretions to drain, so stick with it !
