Hey guys - a quick question for those farther along in this. I'm experiencing a new sensation (or actually more of a refined sensation) now when I'm pressing on my Ischial Cavernosa (sp?) and transverse perineum. Instead of a slight twinge in my penis tip, I'm now getting a shooting sharp prickly pain from the spot up into a testicle and all the way up to the tip of my penis. As I've been getting some dry needling in this area at Tim Sawyer's suggestion, I'm a little nervous she hit the nerve instead of the muscle and caused more not less irritation. Is this just some weird TrPt referral or am I actually hitting a nerve with my finger/Theracane?
Thoughts??
THANKS as always guys!
