Post Ejaculation pain

I was wondering if anyone else experiences severe pain after ejaculation. It is a severe cramping sharp pain in the lower abdomin after ejaculation from sex or masturbation. In some cases I have to masturbate because I feel this would help with the building pain I have in my prostate area. The pain usually only last 5 to 10 minutes, but while it's there, it really hurts. Most recently, I had an erection off and on for about 15 minutes. Later that evening the same above pain happened. It's getting to the point that even though I need to ejaculate, I'm almost afraid to because of the pain. This follows a past bout of pain at the tip of the penis during intercourse with friction only making it worse. My wife and I had to use extra lube to reduce the pain and irration. Does anyone else experience this pain? If so what do you do if anything about it?

If everything else checks out OK on ultrasound and cystoscopy, this sounds like a muscular spasm. Try applying a heating pad. I find that these can abort a muscle spasm. Then look at muscle spasm/tension treatments (new book, diazepam etc).
