I have been exploring my body internally and externally and have found some incredibly tender spots in my lower abdominal muscles. They are about 1-2 inches below my stomach button in the middle of my stomach directly above my pubic bone. When pressed they refer pain to my lower back, around my torso and down in to genital and rectal area.
I have noticed in the morning that It feels like I have a sort of very tight belt that is strapped to my lower abdomen that feels very restrictive and tense. I feel as if I am holding my stomach in and almost holding my breath.
When I bend over the sink for example when I clean my teeth over the sink, I have noticed that I have pain in the tip of my penis. I have also noticed that when I lie on my front on the floor, I am pain free but if I lie down on my back then I can feel a sort of pull and light pain in my penis.
Could my stomach muscles be subconsciously holding my pelvis?
Does anybody else have these type of symptoms?
Any ideas for a good stretch apart from the Crown which I am now doing?
Thanks again
James
