I have been suffering with prostatitis symptoms for 9 years, since I was 16. I have frequency of urination, feeling of incomplete voiding, but no pain, fortunately. I have only recently gone to a doctor who recognized that this must be a prostate problem. Years of Detrol and other meds aimed at the bladder didn't help. Prostate massages helped a lot, but I've had a relapse and the doctor doesn't want to do the prostate massage too often. My main question is, what resources do I have have access to here where I live (New York)? Are there any doctors here who I could see who specialize in prostate probs? Are there any doctors in this area who use Dr. David Wise's Stanford/Wise-Anderson Protocol for treating who I feel could be tension disorded prostatititis?
Finally, what is the difference between prostatitis and prostatosis?
Thanx in advance for all the answers?

In my opinion (non-medical), it's not wise to decide that you have prostate problems just because you have frequent urination. Read this page:
